Cornhusker Fishing Camp
Overview
This is where a fisherman’s dream comes true. Lac LaRonge on the Precambrian Shield, has 1,000 miles of shoreline and approximately 1,500 islands within. Today it is one of the great, new sport fishing lakes on the continent, where the cold waters teem with Lake Trout, Northern Pike, and Walleye.
We take pride in our fleet of boats, which are safe, clean, and in good repair. We have 16’ Alumarine brand boats with 25hp. Yamaha 4-stroke motors. Licensed guides available at Cornhusker have a superior knowledge of the land and lakes in the area, are avid sportsmen who have fished, hunted, and trapped here. They are chosen for their knowledge of the fishing area, ability to handle a boat, stability and cleanliness. They will fillet and prepare your shore lunch at noon and return you back to camp in time for supper.
