Overview
The Etowah river in Georgia is our ‘back door’ fishery as it sits just minutes from our shop. The lower Etowah below Allatoona dam is a beautiful and historic warm water fishery providing year round fishing for a number of different warm water species. We primarily fish the Etowah out of a 16 ft Clacka Craft drift boat utilizing a small ‘kicker’ engine to reach the most productive water efficiently. The most famous or ‘infamous’ species to target in the Etowah is the Striped Bass that run up from Lake Weiss.
